1. “What sets you apart from other agents?”

2. “What will you do to market my property?”
The most appropriate answer to this is actually another question, which is: What don’t we do? We dedicate hundreds of thousands of dollars each year to our marketing budget. Our many marketing methods, high level of media exposure, and incredible sales team all play a role in turning our clients’ goals into a reality.
3. “Can I cancel my contract if I’m dissatisfied?”
Absolutely. One of our company’s core values is that we want our clients to decide. If you don’t like the way we’re handling your listing, you are more than free to cancel your contract with us. It doesn’t matter if it’s a day into your contract or one year after you’ve employed us—the choice to work with us is in your hands.
