I closed on my first house today and had a great experience. My agent was Jennifer Simmons and she took such good care of me! She was very responsive and made the entire transaction very easy; she even made great recommendations for things to do around the area, as I'm from a different state. Cindy Carlock was my closing coordinator, and she was also very communicative and helpful. I would absolutely work with them again in the future if possible.
Jonathan was awesome to work with. He was professional and extremely knowledgeable. This guy works around the clock and spent a ton of time showing us homes. I couldn't have asked for a better realtor.

Kaitlyn Vest from the Adam Merrick Real Estate group is an absolute gem! She made the home buying process smooth and easy. She saved us hundreds of dollars asking if we were willing to use a home inspection from a couple of months earlier. Also using a recent $75 termite inspection for free was a bonus. Unable to view the home in person, she uploaded two walk-through videos of the home (inside and out). Later, she did another walk-through to confirm needed repairs were addressed, as well as sending a copy of receipt for foundational repairs. Recommending their in-house financing, EZ Mortgage, made the financing portion seamless. All in all, she kept us on track to close on time. I highly recommend Adam Merrick's team! They are amazing! Our journey took about 2 yrs, only because we did not have great credit. Adam Merrick referred us to their partners, E-Z Mortgage where we worked with Jon Sheeler. He helped us so much and never gave up, even when I felt like giving up. He would check in on us every couple months, or any questions we had he was on top of it and always available. When we finally got where we needed to be, Jon set us up with Matt Meyer from Adam Merrick. Nothing but absolute great things to say about Matt! He really took the time to get to know us and what we were looking for. He sent us listings nearly every day, but only for homes he thought would be for us.
