We found Adam Merrick just by seeing billboards/ads around the area and went with them to buy a house after moving back to Central Illinois from Iowa. We couldn't be happier with our experience. Our agent, Chase, was fantastic. He showed us a lot of great properties, and when we found the one, he took care of everything and answered every question we had. If he didn't know the answer, he would get it for us quickly. He also went to bat for us when we went back and forth with the sellers on the one thing we asked them to fix.
